Welcome to the More Than Mom podcast! This podcast is formed out of a passion of mine to give women the resources they need to thrive!

After entering the world of motherhood myself, I quickly realized the universal experience that women encounter after assuming the role of “mom.” Through the day-to-day mundane tasks and the required selfless disposition, women begin to lose themselves within the demands of motherhood. The “old them” becomes distant and unfamiliar, and the “new them” is nearly impossible to separate from the person who fills their children’s needs.

I’m embarking on a task to awaken women to the superheroes that they are. To remind them that they are more than moms. They are powerful. They are fierce. They are capable and worthy of being fulfilled in every area of their lives.

So whether it is your role as a mother, wife, woman, or powerhouse boss babe, we will feature knowledge and resources on this podcast to help you navigate the journey. Our guests will range from peers to professionals to fill us in on all we need to thrive as we juggle all of our roles. Some episodes will elicit empathy, while others will bring encouragement.
